Magician Visit

On Friday a magician  visited school.  He did some amazing magic tricks while pushing a healthy eating message to the children.

Future technicians

This group of boys deconstructing a digital t.v screen were absolutely amazing.  They had the use of screw drivers and very carefully took it to bits piece by piece.  They treated it with care and had it taken apart quickly.  They were fascinated by its insides.

Buddy Reading

The children in Room 4 love it when their big buddies come down from Room 7 on Fridays.  They enjoy reading to each other.  Miss Bailey has done a brilliant job of training her students to be effective tutors.  They have the ability to ask questions to deepen understanding and have strategies to help the little ones with difficult words.
